We are a student-led organization that fosters a community for women with an interest in civil-environmental engineering. WCEE Illinois was founded at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2023 by students in CEE. Everyone is welcome regardless of gender or major.

The Women in CEE RSO aims to empower tomorrow’s innovators by providing professional support to unite women and underrepresented individuals in CEE. We are dedicated to creating an inclusive community by collaborating with industry leaders and educational institutions. We aim to create positive change and create an environment where everyone can succeed.
